Alyson Latham

Ms. Latham is a Human Resource specialist with over 10 years of experience in various HR functions in both small and mid-sized organizations. She excels in payroll processing, time management, employee customer service, and maintaining the company’s HR systems. At Ivory Skies, Alyson is responsible for building the HR department, which includes, but is not limited to, onboarding new employees, creating employee handbooks, processing payroll, and  planning team building events. She is constantly striving to learn more and stay up to date with the latest HR trends. Alyson has a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Limerick.

In Ms Latham's free time you can usually find her on a trail somewhere with her pup, Rudy, or on her mat either teaching or practicing  yoga.
